one; “Is this - can we stop this,” Tony asks, gesturing to the pendulum waving around in front of him. ”This is crazy.”
Harvey’s mouth dropped open and he looked up at his associate. ”Tony,” he asked slowly, “are you drunk?”
two; ”Captain Rogers, I’d like you to meet your lawyer, Mike Ross.” Steve looked over, his brow furrowed in concentration, but he relaxed when he saw the unimposing young man standing across the lawn. He reminded Steve of himself before the serum and he felt a pang of recognition as he sighed.
three; Mike had been lucky that he’d been able to get Dr. Banner off with just a hefty fine considering all the lawsuits the volatile doctor had against him. Still, as he stood in front of the man he couldn’t help but feel disappointed in himself. ”I did everything I could,” Mike said and tried to hold Bruce’s gaze.
“Yeah,” the other man said. ”Thanks.”
four; Natasha tried to ignore the dual redheads conversation as she had Pepper sign yet another document. Whatever was happening between the cousins was none of her business and she was being paid to be seen but not heard.
“You were in trouble,” Donna says and Natasha’s head shoots up. She hadn’t realized that something was wrong with Pepper and her stomach flipped at the thought of her friend in trouble.
five; ”I’m not doing that,” Harvey mutters, once again dismissing his associate. They are in a room full of clients and he is acting like an adorable child, but Harvey will not give in. Glancing over Mike’s shoulder, he catches a glimpse of Thor who is chuckling quietly at Mike’s antics.
Later, Harvey will stop to talk to the Asgardian and try not to bury his face in his hand when the bigger man attempts to give him a high five, crying “This is how the mortals do!”
six; “Harvey, stop,” Mike says with a hand to Harvey’s arm. ”This next client…how dangerous is he?” he asks because he’s heard stories of how Mr. Barton had a short temper and a long bow. Harvey assures him they’ll be fine but Mike still casts a glance down the hallway.
In time to see Clint pull out a bow and draw it to full size. They’ll be totally fine.
